BCS-900 series is a modular battery cycling system designed to meet the needs at every level of the battery value chain, from R&D to pilot production, from production testing to quality control. Made up of four modular options (BCS-905, 910, 915, & 975R), these advanced battery cyclers offer 8 independent channels with a maximum current of ±150 mA, ±1.5 A, ±15 A & ±75 A, respectively per channel.

Each model provides precise current control and application-specific performance, with optional Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) for advanced diagnostics.
Built on a shared architecture for consistency and seamless integration, the series includes:
BCS-905: Precision for Small Cells – Ideal for coin cells and other miniature formats, the BCS-905 delivers ±150 mA per channel and includes negative voltage capability for specialized low-voltage applications.
BCS-910: Versatility for R&D and Pilot Lines – With ±1.5 A per channel and negative voltage support, the BCS-910 is well suited for lab-scale research and pilot production environments.
BCS-915: High-Power Flexibility – Offering ±15 A per channel and scalable through parallel operation (up to ±120 A), the BCS-915 is built for demanding, high-current testing.
BCS-975R: Regenerative Performance for High-Energy Systems – Designed for large-format cells and energy-intensive systems, the BCS-975R delivers ±75 A per channel, with parallel operation enabling up to ±300 A. Precision, accuracy & modularity: three reasons to choose the BCS-900 battery cycler series.
Adaptable current ranges for each models of 900 series yield excellent accuracy allowing to adapt to the various current level situations to which the cell tester is confronted to with no compromise on accuracy.
Moreover, flexible voltage range possibilities are proposed. The standard models of 900 series allow to control and measure up to 10 V. BCS-905 (up to 150 mA) and BCS-910 (up to 1.5 A), targeting lower current applications and smaller cells are also available with negative voltage possibilities: BCS-905/n range from -2.5 V to 7.5 V whereas BCS-910/n from -5 V to 5 V. These models allow users to achieve tests for example such as the ones achieved on symmetrical cells.
An optional built-in FRA (Frequency Response Analyzer) is available for every BCS-900 module enabling native and fully integrated Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) experiments over the frequency range of up to 10 mHz on each channel in either galvano or potentio mode. EIS measurements are as fast and precise as those obtained with our research-grade equipment – no compromise on quality has been made. With EIS, the evolution of your batteries’ parameters can be precisely determined (SOC, SOH, internal resistance Ri). The BCS-905-915 system is designed to allow you to simply and autonomously add modules to your system. Thanks to their modularity and compatibility, different BCS-900 modules can be combined in a single cabinet, in one of 4 sizes (6U, 12U, 24U and 38U), allowing users to build a custom-made battery cycling system that meets their exact requirements and can be easily upgraded for the future, while the BCS-975R comes complete in a 16U cabinet.

- Description of the error (the error message, mpr file, picture of setting or any other useful information) and of the context in which the error occurred. Try to remember all the steps you had performed immediately before the error occurred. The more information on the actual situation you can provide, the easier it is to track the problem.
- The serial number of the device located on the rear panel device.
- The software and hardware version you are currently using. On the Help menu, click About. The displayed dialog box shows the version numbers.
- The operating system on the connected computer.
