SCAN-Lab Technical Notes 19: Tuning Configuration Settings in SKP
Latest updated: January 13, 2022The quality of images produced using Scanning Kelvin Probe (SKP) is dependent on the configuration parameters of the experiment. By understanding the effect and role of the different variables of the SKP configuration users can better tune these to achieve the highest quality images. This technical note demonstrates the role of each variable in the resulting SKP measurement through a series of SKP experiments performed on the M470.
