To simulate complex battery cycles that model real-life activity (for example mimicking the urban profile of an electric car, vacuum cleaner or power tool) requires thousands of steps, so it makes the creation of such files very difficult and time-consuming. To make this easier, EC-Lab® and BT-Lab® software feature a special tool to import a .txt file to mimic this kind of profile. This technical note demonstrates how to import and create a text file to create such a measurement.
