RK-Spectro Technical Note 43: Ageing methods for long time reaction using MPS software and biokine up to the version 4.04

Introduction

This technical note demonstrates the most suitable ageing method for the reaction progress. In this note, two methods will be presented. For time reactions up to 300ms, the continuous flow method will be performed and for longer time reactions, the pulsed-flow method will be explained. A special technical note (TN44) demonstrates the advantages of the pulsed-flow method.
