The connection to the cell is critical, especially for high-power cells due to their very low impedance. A contact resistance of a few mΩ may have a significant effect on the measurements. In this note, we will demonstrate what is provided with the system and how to optimize the connection and which accessory, you should use. The configuration of a system connected in parallel, to increase the current, will be presented in the second part of this Technical Note.
