EC-Lab Technical Notes 19: Network parameters configuration with EC-Lab® and EC-Lab® Express software

Introduction

The aim of this technical note is to explain how to correctly configure the network parameters on an instrument. This note concerns instruments delivered after September 2005 such as the VMP3, VSP, SP-150 HCP-803, HCP-1005, MPG2, CLB-500, EPP series, Bistat, SP-50, SP-200 and SP-300. Since September 2005 a new communication board is equipped on instruments and the Ethernet connection is now a 10/100 baseT compatible with every network.
