EC-Lab Technical Notes 17: Instantaneous versus averaged current measurement

Introduction

Recording conditions are crucial parameters that require the greatest care and are responsible for the data plot quality. EC-Lab software allows the user to adjust these parameters precisely to obtain smoothed curves without noise, by selecting the instantaneous or averaged value. The aim of this document is to show the effect of current recording conditions on the data points in the static mode.
