Introduction

This technical note e the minimum dead time for each delay line. The user should understand how to stopped-flow sequences and use Bio-Kine software in order to carry out this experiment. DNPA can be hydrolyzed by OH- to 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP). At 20°C, the reaction has a second-order rate constant in water of 56 M-1s -1.
