RK-Spectro Technical Note 05: Quenched-flow mode_ Rate constant determination using Biokine

Introduction

The use of Biokine fitting functions in the stopped-flow mode is described in the Biokine user’s manual.

The aim of this application note is to demonstrate that these functions can also be used when working in quenched-flow mode using a text file. A minimum of 10 data points are necessary to use the fitting options.
