RK-Spectro Technical Note 82: Steady state spectral recording in absorbance mode using MOS-500

Latest updated: February 17, 2021

Introduction

Application note TN#82 explains to perform absorbance spectra using BioLogic’s MOS-500 Circular Dichroism Spectrometer and Bio-Kine32 control software. The MOS-500 is equipped with a 150W xenon lamp and 1nm bandwidth is selected. In the experiment, the A/D board and Bio-kine32 software have both been correctly configured.
