A Technical Note which describes how to perform absorbance spectra using MOS-450/AF or /AF-CD and Bio-Kine32 software. The MOS-450 is equipped with a 150W xenon lamp and 0.5 mm excitation slits are selected. The A/D board has been correctly installed and Bio-kine32 correctly configured.
