RK-Spectro Technical Note 66: 3D trace using a diode array in absorbance mode

Latest updated: February 17, 2021

Introduction

The objective of this application note is to learn how to install a diode array and then perform a 3D trace using Bio-Kine32 software in absorbance mode.

  • Reaction used: reduction of DCIP with sodium ascorbate.

This test experiment can be performed with all our stopped-flow system and diode array models. Bio-Kine (V4.60 or higher) is supposed to be installed, functional.
