RK-Spectro Technical Note 59: Single wavelength kinetics experiment using MOS200M_CD in CD mode

Introduction

The Technical Note demonstrates how to perform single wavelength kinetics using MOS200M/CD in Circular Dichroism mode, a stopped-flow module, and Bio-Kine32 software. The experiment presupposes that the A/D board has been correctly installed and Bio-kine32 correctly configured. In a 6M GndHCl solution hen egg lysozyme is unfolded, the refolding can be followed by a 9 fold dilution with water.
