RK-Spectro Technical Note 41: Excitation fluorescence scan using MOS450AF-CD

Introduction

This Technical Note demonstrates how to perform a fluorescence scan using MOS-450/AFCD and Bio-Kine32 software. The MOS-450 /AF-CD is equipped with a 150W xenon lamp and 0.5 mm excitation slits are selected. The A/D board has been properly installed and Bio-kine32 correctly configured. The scan is made between 240 nm and 305 nm, the emission is carried out at λ> 320 nm (a cut-off filter installed into the PM tube).
