RK-Spectro Technical Note 37: Anisotropy T-format using MOS200 and an additional PMS250

Introduction

This note provides a step by step procedure to perform anisotropy measurements using T-format configuration. To illustrate this note the refolding kinetics of hen egg lysosyme is performed. Control of syringes, acquisition, and analysis are made using Bio-Kine version 4.01. The user should know how to operate the PMS-250 and Bio-Kine.
