RK-Spectro Technical Note 23: Different acquisition modes using the titrator accessory combined with MOS250

Latest updated: February 16, 2021

Introduction

DCIP (2,6-Dichlorophenolindophenol) has a strong absorbance at 524 nm, so it is easy to test the performance of the titration accessory by checking the change of absorbance according to the change in DCIP concentration. The driving sequence is designed in the MPS software whereas the acquisition is followed using BioKine. Three acquisition modes are available to follow the titration: chart recorder mode, the transient recorder and the scanning spectrometer mode. These modes are fully explained in sections 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
