RK-Spectro Technical Note 20: Single wavelength kinetics experiment using MOS250 in fluorescence mode

Latest updated: February 16, 2021

Introduction

This technical note demonstrates how to perform single wavelength kinetics using MOS-250, a stopped-flow module, and Biokine32. The example of refolding a hen egg lysozyme in a 6M Guanidine Hydrochloride solution followed by a 10 fold dilution in water is used.
