RK-Spectro Technical Note 14: Single wavelength kinetics experiment using MOS450 AF-CD in CD mode

Introduction

This Technical Note explains how to perform single wavelength kinetics using MOS450AF/CD in Circular Dichroism mode, a stopped-flow module, and Bio-Kine32 Software. The A/D board is correctly installed and Bio-kine32 software correctly configured in this example. In a 6M GndHCl solution hen egg lysozyme is unfolded, the refolding can be followed by a 10 fold dilution with water.
