RK-Spectro Technical Note 13: Single wavelength kinetics experiment using MOS450_AF-CD in anisotropy mode

Introduction

This application note demonstrates how to perform single wavelength kinetics using MOS450AF/CD in anisotropy mode, a stopped-flow module and Biokine32 (in this mode both fluorescence and anisotropy traces are displayed). The A/D board is correctly installed and Bio-kine32 well configured. In a 6M GndHCl solution hen egg lysozyme is unfolded, the refolding can be followed by a 1:7 dilution with water.
