MT-Lab Technical Notes-03: HTSH-1100: Description and installation of the sample

Introduction

The High-Temperature Sample Holder HTSH-1100 is a sample holder dedicated to the electrical characterization of materials using a parallel plate capacitor method over the temperature range between ambient temperature, up to 1100 °C.  This note introduces the HTSH-1100 and explains how to install the sample and the HTSH-1100 into the HTF-1100 furnace.
