PBH Pouch Cell Holders
Holder clamps for mono-channel pouch cells
Three versions are available for pouch cell testing. With a maximum current of 25, 50 or 100 A, these 4-point connection holders allow for high-accuracy measurements.
Depending on your needs, three versions of the holder are available with different maximum current specifications, 25 A, 50 A or 100 A.
The PBH series batter holders use a 4-point connection mode to measure voltage and current separately, minimizing connection impedance for more accurate measurements for pouch cell tests.
The clamp-type connectors allow optimal and repeatable contact pressure while still being very easy to use.
Mounted on a guide rail to improve its stability, these holders can be adapted to every type of cell geometry. With an operating range of temperature from -30°C to 80°C, they are also climate chamber ready. The PBH-series is designed to fit the current needed
- The PBH-125, with a current range up to 25 A, has two 4 mm receptacles for power, and 2 mm receptacles for the sense. The PBH-125 is best paired with the BCS-915 and BCS-1012 battery cyclers and for potentiostats, this can be used with boosters for essential potentiostats and internal boosters for premium potentiostats
- The 50 A version called PBH-150 is provided with 6 mm eyelet type receptacles for the power, and 4 mm receptacles for the sense. This version is compatible with boosters for the premium and essential ranges including FlexP-0060, HCV-3048, and HCP-803/1005, but can also be used for the BCS-900, especially the BCS-975.
- The PBH-1100 has the highest current range, up to 100 A, and can also be used with the FlexP-0060, HCV-3048, HCP-803/1005, and the BCS-900 series, especially the BCS-975R
The connection colors follow the convention used for other battery holders (except BH1-i):
