Quartz Crystal Microbalance.
Mass change and electrochemistry
The Quartz Crystal Microbalance is an instrument dedicated to the detection of surface modification occurring on a coated quartz crystal. It can be used to detect mass changes during electrodeposition or corrosion of a metallic sample, but also to detect SAM (Self-Assembled Monolayers), particles and other cells and biological bodies.
The BluQCM QSD is a single channel, compact and modular instrument. Its low footprint and lightweight makes it particularly suitable for crowded labs. It is available as standalone, with temperature control or/and flow control.
